Our Philosophy

We believe there is pleasure in paying attention to simple things: an ingredient’s natural flavor, a familiar ritual, a moment kept for yourself.

We choose each ingredient for what it brings, and prepare Whole Maple Pecan in small batches at low temperature. Freshness and the pecan’s natural character guide the way we make it.

Our name comes from the gloaming, the quiet time between daylight and night. A cup of coffee, a few pecans, a pause that belongs to you. This is the feeling we hope to bring to your pantry.
