Shipping policy

We currently ship within California only.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $7.99 per order on eligible merchandise subtotals below $59. Eligible merchandise subtotals of $59 or more, after applicable discounts, receive complimentary standard shipping. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the threshold. Final discounts and rates are confirmed at checkout. All amounts are in USD.

Larger orders may ship in multiple parcels, with separate tracking details, and may arrive separately. When an eligible order receives complimentary standard shipping, that covers all parcels in the shipment.

Preparation and dispatch

Whole Maple Pecan is prepared in small batches. Orders placed Monday through Thursday ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday ship on Monday, excluding postal holidays. Any dispatch or delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier transit time begins after your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Tracking and delivery

When your parcel ships, we will send the tracking details to the email address provided with your order. Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. For an address correction, contact us promptly; changes may no longer be possible once an order has been prepared or shipped.

If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but has not arrived, email us with your order number so we can help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please see our refund policy.
