Shipping policy

We currently ship within California only.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $5.99 for orders of 1–4 bags. Orders of 5 or more bags receive complimentary shipping automatically at checkout. All amounts are in USD. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Preparation and dispatch

Our pecans are prepared in small batches. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays. Any dispatch or delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier transit time begins after your parcel is handed to the carrier.

If you need an order for a particular date, please contact jackson@thegloamingpantry.com before ordering so we can confirm the current dispatch timing.

Tracking and delivery

When your parcel ships, we will send the tracking details to the email address provided with your order. Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. For an address correction, contact us promptly; changes may no longer be possible once an order has been prepared or shipped.

If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but has not arrived, email us with your order number so we can help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please see our refund policy.
